Between sizes in Footwear?

For a performance fit, choose your usual size. If you're between sizes or prefer extra room for long-distance trail running, consider sizing up by half a size where available.

ROAM FIT NOTES: NNormal apparel is designed for race performance and tends to sit closer to the body (to prevent flapping and wind-drag). If you prefer a baggier fit, we'd recommend choosing one size up.

Use your body measurements to find the best fit. Measure your chest at its fullest point, your waist at its narrowest point, and your hips at their widest point.

Apparel: Shirts

Lightweight race-fit tops. Race T-Shirts are slim-fitting, and some models are designed to fit one size larger than the previous version.
