Please read through our exchange policy before logging an exchange. It contains important information necessary for logging and exchange.

How to request a return, refund or size swap:

1. Use the button above to log your exchange. 
2. Enter the email address used for your order.
3. We'll send a secure one-time code. Enter the code to access your order history.
4. Open the order you'd like to return or exchange.
5. Select Request Return.
6. Choose the item(s) and reason for your request.
7. Submit your request

What Happens Next? 

1. You'll get an email confirming that your request has been logged.
2. Get your items ready for collection: Please include a note INSIDE the box with your name and order number. This helps our warehouse staff process your exchange faster.  
3. Once we have received and approved your return we'll process the exchange/refund. You'll get an email notification when your return has been processed. You can expect your exchange to arrive within 2-3 business days. Your refund may take up to 10 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.
