However, human error, software bugs and/or slight variations in colour, sizing, packaging, or product appearance may occur. You are welcome to contact us about a replacement or refund should the product not live up to your expectations when it is delivered.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable. We strive to ensure that all prices are correct, but we reserve the right to change or edit pricing and fix pricing errors at our discretion.
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched. ROAM uses secure third-party payment gateways and does not store payment card information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where pricing errors, stock discrepancies, discount errors or suspected fraudulent activity occur. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any order at our discretion - we will, of course, refund you for any product not delivered.
4. Shipping & Delivery
ROAM aims to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ROAM cannot be held liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.
Risk in products passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within the specified return period, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items, such a drink bottles or underwear, may not be eligible for return.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once returned goods have been inspected and approved.
6. Warranty & Product Use
Products sold by ROAM are intended for their designed purpose only. Customers are responsible for using products safely and appropriately.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper care, or unauthorised modifications are not covered under warranty.
Any manufacturer warranties remain subject to the specific terms provided by the manufacturer.
