Sizing:
This jacket runs true to size - you're safe to order your usual size. That being said, it is designed to be fitted to reduce flapping and wind drag, so if you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
PS: While this is technically a men's fit - a small could work for most ladies too. The length of the sleeves and cut of the jacket differs from the ladies version (sleeves longer and wider at the bicep, and the cut is square through the midriff, where the ladies is hourglass).
